Norway will have almost the best lineup with them to ESL Katowice with players such as Sak0ner, Bloodx, and Pr0vokd. This does not include Osmo and Mrsavage as they have not passed the age limit for participating in Epic arranged events. The only big player who is missing is Pate1k, this is the highest earning Norwegian player, but he is not included in ESL.
The first player we will take a look at is pr0vokd. Pr0vokd will be teaming up with Team Atlantis player Tuckz, who needed a duo for this event. Pr0vokd and Tuckz performance in the last few weeks, showing them in the top spots in pop up and custom games, pr0vokd is still waiting for his breakthrough and we are confident that his partnership with Tuckz will help to get him to a higher place in his career.
The 2nd player is Bloodx, Bloodx is one of the most strategic players in the game, he has a very good game sense with a good portion of game knowledge. He managed to take home 2nd place in Summer Skirmish week 7 with his duo partner Beehive, and he is now a part of the amazing roster that E11 has signed, however, he is not playing with a permanent duo, which can mean they do not have the same practice as other duos in the game. And it has been a while since any top positions from Bloodx, but he will always be someone to look out for!
The 3rd player is Sak0ner, Sak0ner recently joined Nordavind the new guys from the north who recently went into Fortnite. Sak0ner will be playing alongside one of his good friends Skram from LootBoy, who played well together previously, however, this is not a dedicated duo, but I am sure, that Skram will put the practice with Mexe aside for a while to practice for this big event. Sak0ners biggest achievement is the 3rd place in Summer Skirmish week 2.
Not everyone can be at the top spot, but we do believe that a duo like Tuckz and Pr0vokd can be competing at the very top, where the other teams will if they hit the day be able to compete for the top 10 spots.
One big player that is missing is Pate1k, Pate is the highest earning player from Norway, and have both the 2nd place in Skirmish and a 7th place at Twitch Con that could speak in favor of him playing at ESL Katowice. However Pate1k was one of the few from EU that got to go to Secret Skirmish, and this could be one of the reasons for why he is not a part of this ESL Katowice event.
The talent in Norway is insane, with both Secret Omso and NRG Mrsavage coming into the scene in the coming years, this is 2 players which are considered some top players, and for Mrsavage if not the best one of the best players. So the future looks bright for Norway both in short term and in long term.
We wish the Norwegian players good luck at ESL!
